Totally pleased with my massage here. The receptionist was super-friendly and chatty and facilities very clean and relaxing. I would agree with a previous review that the walls a bit thin and you can hear the phone ringing!
The therapist was very professional, very friendly and immediately made me feel relaxed and in capable hands.

I had a 1 hour Reiki session (not Reflexology as mentioned above, but no Reiki available in the drop down box) at Stepping Stones on a Saturday morning and it was really good. Staff were very friendly, and the session was good value, especially as I had a half price voucher. The only negative thing was as the premises is quite compact, and the doors thin, you can hear other people moving around (toilet flushing, staff making tea, phone ringing etc), so not quite as relaxing as it could be.

Easy to find. Good space, although the consultation room got a bit noisy from adjacent rooms but very comfortable and spacious. The therapist was great, enthusiastic and honest. I would like to explore other therapies there as they do seem very professional

I was unsure of what to expect with a hypnotherapy session, but the staff and therapist made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I enjoyed the experience, and although my finances do not currently allow it, in the future I would definitely be keen to have further sessions as it was a relaxing and beneficial experience overall. I would certainly recommend Stepping Stones to a friend.

First time I had tried this sort of thing, went with a friend and was surprised at how deeply I relaxed! Give it a go - you might be very surprised yourself. Clean and welcoming surroundings, not too hard to find.
