Great value, excellent treatment and very friendly staff, would certainly use again
I purchased a massage voucher and had a deep tissue massage. It was very easy to book the appointment. The salon is small but it is nicely decorated and the treatment room is quite spacious. The therapist is very experienced and professional. He asked me about my back problem before strating the treatment and also gave me some recommendations. The treatment was very good, massage pressure was just right and I felt a lot better after the session. My details were added to the salon's mailing list and they send special offers from time to time, which makes it a lot more affordable.
I walked into the the main reception area of the centre. The receptionist was in deep conversation with a male therapist who were talking over the counter. I had to interupt and advise that I was attending for an appointment. The receptionist handed me a form attached to a clipboard and asked me to fill it out. When the male therapist walked off. She then was speaking to a company on the phone asking to get her home internet fixed. The therapist came and asked to collect the form I had filled out. She advised that I had the 2nd side that I needed to fill out but due to the receptionist being preoccupied, that I wasn't advised. The therapy itself was great. She's moving from the salon, so I'll be seeing her again. I found the Welcome, not welcoming and unproffessional. I do not want to attend a location to hear someone trying to sort out their internet problems when I should be relaxing, not trying to think about my problems, let alone someone else's.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the therapist was qualified in a number of disciplines which he combined to ensure that I received the desired result. I would definitely go again!!
I havent had a reiki done before, but really enjoyed this experience. Im not sure it is for me. But it was very relaxing and I definitely had that floating feeling. The therapist was really lovely and clearly knew what she was doing. I had stomach problems when I went in and felt a lot better when I came out which I wasnt expecting at all (being a bit of cynic when it comes to holistic practices). I would recommend for relaxing, but it is an experience that you will either like or not see the point of. Worth trying if you have tried everything else to fix any health or emotional problems.
