It was my first time and I was stressing a bit, but the lady which was serving me was very nice friendly and made very welcoming atmosphere so I forgot about my stress . Will defiantly came back and will recommend to my friends.

Haircut was great, really good attention to detail. Shop was not very relaxing due to the loud music and staff members shouting over the hairdryer etc in Romanian. My hairdresser also smelt strongly of cigarettes which is very offputting.

Poor service! To begin with, although I booked a haircut with Steph, when I arrived the other woman proceeded. I noticed that she barely understands English, and when I was explaining what I need, she just said “ok”,but started to do entirely different thing.
When my hair was cut, and to her request I said that it’s not quite what I wanted, she called Steph, who seemed to be easy to comprehend what I’m saying. She said something in their language, and my hairdresser just got mad and started to cut off a bunch of hair after another, without any care whatsoever.
In this stage I was convinced that she is not professional at all, and my wish was just to flee away ASAP. It was clear that nothing could help me here, and I have to go to another saloon to have my hair cut decently.
I’m so disappointed! I wanted soft layers, even showed a video of what I want as early as I arrived, but ultimately- I was left with an asymmetrical shit in my head. I paid 28£ said “thank you” and made a decision never to come back.
Positive reviews were the only reason I got here, but beware, not always there are professionals in this salon. Yes, and cleanliness is not great too. She left to dry the towel she treated my hair right in the battery and reused it one more time during the procedure. Which is weird, it could be normal to dry towels in the batteries at home, but it’s not what you expect to see in the salon.
