I have been there for a Hollywood wax. I exit with still a lot of hair and wax. I spent half an hour at home to remove everything. Was hurt !!!

Completely ruined my hair. Uneven on both sides, no input or any personal idea from the hairdresser (clearly a substitute or trainee as Steph was away that day) on how to proceed, messy cutting. Waste of time
