Steph is an amazing hairdresser who took the time to explain to me and help me understand what I was looking for in a haircut. For the first time, in a very long time, I felt heard and when you are sitting in a hairdresser's chair, it doesn't always happen. I will most certainly go back and yes, I would recommend it to a friend.
