This wasn't terrible but it was certainly not the best waxing experience I've had. In the evening after my appointment I noticed a few patches of leg that hadn't actually been waxed, which was obviously annoying, and the waxing experience itself wasn't that comfortable. The aesthetician used hot wax for the Brazilian and tried to pull it off so soon after applying that it didn't feel like it had always set properly.

A very relaxing waxing experience (underarm, Brazilian and leg). Hygienic and not painful, also used sanitiser to clean and aloe after (all the right steps). I will be back for sure.

Best microdermabrasion! I was over charged by £5 from what was on the price list, and didn’t get the 10% discount either that first time treatments are meant to get, but Henrietta was brilliant. Very kind and knowledgeable about skin and I will regularly go back now for treatments and advice.

I am really upset... I look forward to having my waxes to come out feeling smooth and hair free, especially as I have to pluck up the courage to do it. My therapist was very pleasant and polite but not skilled in waxing in my opinion. I had obvious patches and I’m not smooth at all. I had stated I don’t like strip waxing as it breaks the hairs, but was advised that my hair was too short?? And she went ahead instead of rescheduling, I had trusted in her judgement to combine strip with hot wax, obviously it did not work. I am very unhappy 😔.
