Last minute booking. Booked late Friday evening as couldn't get home due to adverse weather conditions. Pretty impressed with treatment and hair appointment. However the venue was really really cold and after being in the place for 3 hours I was freezing. They staff were skilled and that kind of made up for it.

Although I was a little confused by the entrance, I found my way there relatively easily and I'm very glad I did - after having been to a different stylist just up the road from them and had my hair totally drained of life and unevenly cut, I came here in hopes of a fix and they were marvellous. Talked to me about what I wanted, made helpful suggestions but also helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. I haven't been this happy with how my hair looks in a very long time. And the price is right, especially if you book last minute: even as a student it was fab. Will be booking again soon for some more treatments!

Very good price the stylist was absolutely lovely. I’ve isdue is that the way it was styled abd showed at the end purposely hid ohd or two “finishing touches” that were not quiet finished. Just a couple attention to detail things. But very good price. Obe other small issue is the length of time given was 20 mins I would say that even though she worked efficiently and quickly there was a slight rush as it took 30 mins and probably needed an extra 5 mins to do finishes and make it a bit more enjoyable. But only small bits of feedback.

I really like getting my hair done here. They’re always really friendly and I’m always happy with my hair cut. Only negative I would say is the decor needs a bit of a refresh particularly the stairwell.
