The staff at Statement were welcoming and professional when I arrived but weren't keen to chat during the treatment, which made me feel a bit awkward. The stairs from the street to the venue were not professionally presented, they were dirty and had poor signage - I actually doubted I was in the right place. The waiting area was nice but there was no removable cover on the treatment bed so I was a bit concerned about how hygienic it was. When I got home I discovered that a patch had been missed on the back of each leg so I don't think I will be visiting Statement again.

I had a really great experience at Statement in Southampton. The staff was amazing and they offered tea and coffee and were all extremely nice. I went in for a haircut and got exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be coming back.

Treatment was booked for 9.
You’d expect that they would open up salon at least 5 minutes before so I don’t have to wait outside on the street in the cold. Whilst they unlock the saloon and dry heir hair (for some reason she’s come to work with wet hair, or had washed it there..)
The girl was nice, but everything really felt rushed. It’s suooosed to take 20/30 minutes. I was out in less than 10.
I warned her I haven’t had they done so could she sort of explain and be understanding. But she just went for it and felt like it’s just to get me out ASAP so she could continue drying her hair.
