Usually left a 5-star feedback so far after my appointments, but this time, unfortunately, my haircut was just not done well, needing a fix. Frustrating as I travelled, but Eli was understanding and refunded half of the payment which is appreciated

I really like doing my haircut here, Eli is very quick and skilled and the atmosphere is well, there is no pressure to chat too much. so I am happy with the haircut and the service overall, would recommend
