I had a nice experience at the salon, Eli was amazing and super easy going! Because my hair was super burnt (previous bleaching) I thought they had to cut it super short, but no! Saved my length with a full color and a good shampooing. Thanks for everything, I would recommend this salon, and def I'll be coming back.

Hair my roots bleached and the result of it was a bit orange, however I was offered to go back in and get them done again for free, but then result the second time was a bit patchy and my whole hair had gone silvery so I ended up having to buy a drugstore product to do at home. However I understand that bleaching dark hair is a bit of a tricky process.
