I feel bad writing this as my experience at Starlight is usually so awesome but this wax was so bad. Way more painful than any wax I’ve ever had and I still had a lot of hair left so had to go home and shave. I think the problem was Shalu wasn’t waiting for the wax to dry so just put it on and then immediately tried to pull it off so it came off in pieces and a lot of hair was left. I will be back to starlight with my usual therapist as it’s normally so great. Just very disappointed today
