Low quality wax. Lovely staff, but I came away with a very uneven wax and dried wax left on me which I had to peel off at home.

Had underarm and Hollywood wax with Serif. She was very attentive and kept asking if I was ok with the temperature. Not a single hair left after the armpit wax! Few hairs left after the Hollywood but that’s quite normal. Great service and amazing price.
