It was the worst Hollywood wax ever. Eli left patches of hair in the area. She kept applying small strips of wax which was more painful. It was a waste of money I wish I booked it elsewhere. I would like a full refund.

My first time wax, very moderate pain due to the therapist. Mina made me comfortable and no awkwardness at all, she knew what she was doing and put me at ease. I will be back.
