The wax was very well done. The space is a cubicle,not a separate room. Hard to maintain temperature. Wax hardness quickly. The waxing therapist picked up on this and adjusted. From there on very pleasant.
Cubicle is very small.

I was really nervous as it was my first time having a wax done but Eli really made it seem like something normal and natural. I have low pain tolerance but she tried her best to keep me comfortable. She is skilled and really friendly, I left really happy& will be booking my wax for next month again!
