It is a nice little place. However I felt that the staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic and conversated a little more. She did not even introduce her name and was about to get with a very intimate service. It is very important for the staff who are in charge of waxing to be friendly in order to make customers feel comfortable. I had to ask her what her name is and keep asking questions in order for her to talk. I think its very Important for staff to have communication skills.
