Had to rinse my hair twice cause they still had products on. They never brush my hair : not during washing not during blow dry. They start to use straightening on wet hair, when i mentioned something she ignored me and kept doing. Also she burn my head few times and never apologise or checked if i was ok. Clearly i wasn’t.
