Jo is fantastic: very down to earth, warm, approachable and she’s made me realise how rubbish previous facials have been. She talked me through the process step by step from cleansing to steaming and extractions and gave me a range of aftercare advice. My skin (acne, redness, sensitive) feels amazing still two days later and I’ve taken her advice to book a GP appointment for antibiotics. I can’t wait to go back and update her! Thank you Jo, I shall reccommend to any friends in the area!
