Joanne is a hidden gem! Feel so lucky to have found someone so talented and reassuring to give me a facial and help with my skin going forward. Her knowledge and experience shines through, I was made to feel so at ease throughout and I genuinely fell asleep I was THAT relaxed! She is so lovely and gave me such no-nonsense and affordable tips for looking after my skin and feeling confident. No sales gimmicks here and genuine care for your well-being and relaxation. What more could you ask for!

An excellent facial in a welcoming, home setting. Jo is very calming and knowledgeable. I felt in safe hands for the extraction. I enjoyed that the facial was not a generic, single brand spa treatment but a personal experience with a range of product recommendations for post-treatment. Will book again when can.

It was the most relaxing facial I've had. The atmosphere was lovely and Joanne was super attentive, took extra time to understandmy skin concerns, diet and products I used. She followed up with excellent product recommendations (products I could buy in stores - she wasn't selling them herself, which is a big difference with other salons who have targets to sell skin product brands). I would recommend Joanne for a relaxing treatment. Thank you :)
