From the very first session it was clear that he was incredibly experienced, skilled, and attentive. His manual therapy techniques were not only effective but also tailored specifically to my needs. I do amateur boxing, train a lot and unfortunately get traumas quite often. Stelios is an absolute savior whenever this happens. Often doing a mix of needles/ cupping and massage whenever my issues require those, and every time if not fixed, the issue is largely improved. Separately want to mention the quality of service, recommending to my friends/ and mom, and everyone reading this👍🏻

Stelios is professional and very knowledgeable massage therapist. I was experiencing chronic lower back pain and hip stiffness and even after one session with Stelios I felt a significant improvement in my range of motion and pain levels. I am a member of CThA (Complementary Therapists Association, UK) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). I have studied Kinesiotherapy and Massage Therapy in Greece (equivalent to: BTEC National Diploma / Extended Diploma in Kinesiotherapy, RQF LEVEL 3 / SCQF Level 6-7 / CQFW Level 3, ENIC). I have a Diploma in Osteopathic Approach to the TMJ and Headaches and International Diploma In MSK Medical Acupuncture (UK). I am specialised in medical, sports and therapeutic message which release the body from chronic pains. I am an expert in Kinesiotaping, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Relax Massage and Cupping Therapy.
