Stelios could tell as soon as I walked in the door that I had excess tension in my neck and jaw due to my posture and some spinal problems stemming from adolescence. He was right. He started work right away, using a variety of techniques including deep tissue, acupuncture and cupping.
The morning after my first treatment was astonishing. I felt like I'd taken the potion out of Death Becomes Her. My neck felt open, free and easy. My back felt supple and balanced. I very much recommend Stelios.

Had been struggling with a neck and shoulder issue for around three months and, despite ongoing physio via my insurance, wasn’t seeing any real improvement. I then saw Stelios, who confidently said he could resolve it within 4–5 sessions and he delivered exactly that.
Stelios is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The difference he’s made in such a short time has been outstanding. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough

Stelios was friendly, welcoming and experienced and even followed up with what exercises I should do. The massage had good pressure and techniques. Only downside was he had back to back appointments and was running behind so it felt a bit rushed.
