Great Venue and Great Staff use them all the time for my hair and waxing never once have i had a problem . will recommend them to any 1 and all my friends use SR Beautique and they love .
I have never written a negative review until now.
Don't go here for a brazillian wax!!
I'm not sure if it was because I had a Wahanda voucher and the woman (Beauty, I think) was annoyed at giving me the full treatment for a discounted price. That's what I assumed.
I was waiting for about 15 minutes to be seen. She finally came over and took the voucher from me then asked me how much I had paid (it was written on the voucher). I told her it was about £15 and she nodded. When she led me through to a little room, it seemed lovely and relaxing with scented candles and soft music. After I was ready and lying on the table, she started. I'm alright with waxing pain but she was not holding the skin taught and clumsy when waxing. She also asked me if the temperature was ok- it was and I said so but later it became burning from being in the pot and was sore on my skin. I told her this so she started to blow on the skin instead of taking the wax off the high heat. The music had stopped by then and I was feeling very awkward. She asked if it looked straight and was that ok? She had only given me a normal bikini wax so i asked her to take more off. She did a little bit but then told me that was it and to get dressed. I was left with burning raw skin and a normal bikini wax when it was meant to be a brazillian (all off). I felt worried to complain or ask why she hadn't finished cos she might do more damage. The whole time she was sighing and seemed annoyed. It was a disappointing experience and I ended up going to boots to get products to finish it myself!
I'm never one to complain, but I don't think others should have to put up with such poor service and there was no value for money.
They are obviously using wahanda deals to get their business known and gain regular clients, paying full price but this service will not make me come back.
I was unsure of what I wanted done with my hair since I was looking for the best option to minimise the very noticeable grey in my hair. I consulted with Linzi who gave me some helpful advice. I followed her advice and went for the scattered highlights. I was so pleased with the result that I made another appointment and I will be happy to pay full price for it.

I arrived at the salon, feeling tired and in need of some serious tlc. the girls made me feel at ease straight away and as soon as I stepped inside the treatment room, i felt able to relax and enjoy the next couple of hours of pampering. Saira got to work on my nails, I had a gelish manicure and a gelish pedicure, both treatments were very relaxing and there was a wide range of colours to choose from. I went for a bright red which is perfect for summer.(THATS IF WE GET A SUMMER) Next up was a facial, It was so relaxing, that I fell asleep! Throughout the treatments Saira was able to offer professional advice to help improve my skin. Plus After being to other salons for my waxing, i can reassure everyone that when i say pain free i literally mean pain free.. Saira was so good with her waxing skillz and she has a very soft hand you can say .. I will defo go back to her for my waxing and all my other treatmeants ..

i went into sr beautique just before my friends hen night ..Got to say the whole team where just great from the min i walked in till i left i had a great time. my full head of highlights, semi perm eyelashes and my gelish mani and pedi were great . loved it and i recommend it to all my friends .. xx
