i would not recommend anyone to go to sr beautique if u have a voucher or any deal... first of all they wont book u for any appointment with voucher i had a groupon voucher tried to book an appointment few times they said they were fully booked for two weeks then i phoned them again next day and tried to book an appointment without the voucher they were fine to take my appointment for the next day shocking as soon i mentioned that i ve got group on voucher they said sorry they r fully booked ! staff wasn't help full and insisted that ther fully booked when i asked that why they are happy to book me without voucher they said thats how it works in there salon very poor customer service
excellent service, beautiful cut and colour. each time i go my hair looks better and better. I look and feel so much younger. A big thank you to Linzi for a very professional job.
Myself and my sister went and it was great, we both were really happy with the service. I would really recommend this salon, in fact I did, and they went too and loved it.
Will definitely be going back! :)
waited half an hour in an empty salon for a hairdresser to come out deal with me.
booked for highlights , cut and colour.
what a disaster!
asked for light blond........ended up with, not only red /pink but also a dyed red scalp....horrendous.
was in salon from 10am until 4pm trying to get it rectified.
2 girls in salon were obviously juniors or newly qualified.
no boss.
when i phoned the following day to ask for the manager was told she would phone me back.....i'm still waiting!!!
appalling.
Excellent treatment from start to finish. I was even given the colours used in my highlights in case i went elsewhere in the future. Thank you to Linzi who did my hair.
