I’m always happy with my visits at Splash. I find the staff to be very nice and they always do a good job with my nails! Booking through Treatwell is also very practical and easy.

In theory I should be happy as I left with “a nice haircut” however I have cried every day since I left the salon - I asked for 6 inches of hair off (which I would consider a trim given it was 33+ inches) and over 12 was cut - hair has gone from my bum to my shoulders when I SPECIFIED I wanted it to cover my boobs. Salon was clean and staff were friendly, but didn’t quite listen to what I wanted. Was too shy to complain so I feel bad leaving a review but be warned - ask for less off than u want

The stylist left patches of the hair dye all over both my head & beard. I had to repeatedly ask can you properly wash the dye out, which I just kept being met with “this is natural” which I’ve NEVER experienced anywhere else. Had to spend time washing over & over again when home. Wouldn’t recommend or be returning due to this
