The good parts were very nice stylist who gave me exactly what I asked for, reasonable price and extremely efficient service which I love. The hair washing station was also the most comfortable I've ever used.
However the person washing my hair seemed to enjoy scratching my entire scalp off which was quite painful and unnecessary. They also didn't include my deep conditioning treatment I had already paid for.
Chaotic salon and needing a bit of a clean, but that didn't really bother me.

The lady who waxed me was lovely but she needs more training. The technique wasn’t great and the job wasn’t very thorough. It was cheap though, which is something. The salon itself is hectic and super noisy but filled with friendly staff.
