Very disappointing experience. The hairstylist refused to give me layers, cut my hair unevenly, and barely styled it despite charging for a blowout. It looked nothing like my reference photo. When I returned to complain, he was rude and sarcastic. Two other stylists had to fix my hair. He only apologized after I mentioned leaving a negative review, blaming his behavior on a bad mood. Completely unprofessional!
