I booked this appointment last minute and I appreciated the last minute deals they were offering. Unfortunately the haircut feels reflective of the amount paid. There was a bit of a language barrier between the stylist and myself, and I had to repeat what I wanted multiple times even though it was a simple cut. The cut felt rushed and there wasn’t much of a process followed, it all felt a bit all over the place. Ultimately the haircut is fine and I’m okay with the result, but I won’t return.
