Lovely staff! Had a great head massage with my wash and the cut was just what I wanted, thanks so much. Only note is the salon has a really odd layout, was confusing to find the reception area.

When I arrived for my appointment I had to wait for hairdresser to finish fixing her make up (she clearly didn’t know I was scheduled with her). Finally ready, she didn’t even let me finish explaining how I wanted my haircut that she started to shave my hair. I had to constantly repeat what to do otherwise I would have found myself completely shaved. After finishing (very quickly) the cut, she didn’t offer to wash my hair and sent me straight away to pay.
I will make sure to never book with her

I had the Brazilian blow dry treatment with Ted on Saturday. He was friendly, helpful and super efficient. He is an excellent stylist and I would highly recommend him!
