They’ve kindly offered a refund and were very nice about it but my nails have been destroyed and it was a very painful manicure and I’m left with very damaged and sore nails unfortunately

Was asked to reschedule to 2 hours later after booking. Chair was uncomfortable, tools not cleaned properly. Wasn’t asked about shape before cutting down my nails. Didn’t offer French tip so had to leave and get my nails painted elsewhere. Avoid
