Really bad experience! I have been going to this salon since 2013, and I always book with Emma. I arrived and I was told that Emma wasn’t working on that day and that I had to do it with someone else. I had to wait 30 min before have my hair washed and then my haircut took 2.5h because this poor guy had to do me at the same time of another girl. That day was my 30s birthday and they not only made me arrive late to my own party, but also my hair were not cut as I wanted/like!
