The salon had very busy atmosphere which is understandable during Christmas season, the venue was clean and modern. The hairdresser was professional and friendly. I booked full head highlights and roots colouring services and left saloon satisfied overall.

Francesco was incredible - had my hair cut at the end of October before a date, he put in so much effort to make sure I looked + felt pretty :) It’s now December and I love how my cut has grown out! Will only be going to him from now on

Ken was great but the hairdresser receptionist was rude and very difficult. I understand she was giving the chance for her hairdresser to go home early but when you have x3 people walk in and they’ve asked for a service seems silly to lie. I just ended up booking online and she ended up doing the job but only 20minutes later?

We were told the store was closed but then I booked online. The hairdresser themselves tried his best to lift the mood however, the receptionist of the hairdresser was rude.The receptionist upstairs was lovely and polite.
