I usually come here because of the stylist I trust — she’s calm, does a great job, and doesn’t talk too much. But this time, someone else washed my hair and it was a very disappointing experience.
She didn’t seem like a trained hair professional. My back was soaked from the water, almost halfway down my shirt. The towel was wrapped poorly and fell apart quickly. It made me uncomfortable and honestly confused — this has never happened before here.
