Even though the actual wax was good, the experience was terrible. The venue is noisy and dirty, and at one point someone knocked on the door, and the therapist actually opened it! While I was on the table. I couldn't believe it. Absolutely awful.

In and out in about 12 minutes for a gents haircut. The 'wash' was all over in under 90 seconds, so if you hate being at the hairdressers too long then give this one a go.
My stylish was quiet and very very speedy, but although I was expecting the result to be really bad, it was pretty good. Good value even.
So much hair everywhere (!) on the floor. By no means a relaxing or even clean, but I left the salon with a haircut that I was happy with, which is the point I suppose.

It was my first time in a beauty salon here in London and I didn't love it. I had and haircut and It lasted about 25" time; my trusted hairdresser in Italy needs at least 50" time to do the same thing! Is it possible? Of course not! The trick is that they favour the speed to the quality of the result. It is absurd for a person who cares about all the details. However, the staff is really friendly and my hairdresser in Splash Salon was nice. The post was not clean enough and after the hairwash my hairs got dried with a towel which was already wet; this means that it had been already used and that my hairs got touched by something of dirty and not new and clean. This is rediculous! There should be a clean towel for each customer. Where are the hygiene standards? I couldn't see them. Overall I would advise Splah Salon only to all the people who don't care about details and high quality service (which are taken for granted in every beauty salon in Italy!!!). For all the peolpe like me, avoid it. I am sorry, but I didn't have the facility I was looking for.
