The wax hurts no matter who performs it but the beautician was really nice and reassuring, managing expectations about the pain and doing a great job in a short time. Will def go back

Music from the hairdresser was loud and not very relaxing. The pedicure I recieved was ok but the lady cut me several times making me bleed - quite painful. When I asked for a magazine I was given a hair magazine and a men's magazine - not very interesting. Other staff seemed very disinterested. I wouldn't go back again.

Came in about 20 min early for a Shampoo + Haircut and was taken in without waiting. The shampoo was quick and the Haircut was decent. You won't get a very original or personalized haircut but you get what you pay for.
