The lady I have was lovely and did a great job. Only thing I would suggest is offering another coat to make the nail stronger as of my nails broke half way 2 days later. Although, I went back and they happily put another coat on all my nails and fixed the broken one before it broke off completely. Lovely ladies!

Really quick
Melania was great - she does smaller spots so it's less painful unlike other places where they do big areas causing more pain!
The room could be a little cooler :)

Wax was efficient and gentle. Therapist was friendly and professional- great value for central London. There was building work going on outside the treatment rooms so felt a bit chaotic but everything else was great.
