I usually have a great experience at this salon, but this time I had a new girl who (whilst very nice and professional) did not do as good a job on my shellac manicure as I’m used to, and my pedicure isn’t fantastic either. She also ran well over our time slot and as I had to get back to work this was particularly frustrating. I understand new staff need to be trained, but people should be given the option and a discounted price if they are happy to have a trainee.

Absolutely love this salon and the staff. Tony is nothing short of amazing. I only wish my hair would grow quicker so that I could go back to Splash sooner!

The haircut was great and I was welcomed with a glass of wine, however I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time and the salon was just too manic and busy.
