The hairdresser needed to clean their station. It was full of hairs and an absolute mess, not very professional. My hair was also cut unevenly and hair mask treatment felt like something I could have done at home.
Confusion with the manicure treatments. The Treatwell page should clarify the details, and express should still include soak off and cuticle removal as it’s the most basic treatment in a manicure otherwise it’s just shape and polish... No need for a massage and exfoliation “full manicure”.
My manicurists and reception were very friendly though and helpful when I had to re schedule.
