I hate to do my bikini waxing. It's something that I almost fear. The lady was very nice and had a great chat, which in my case really helps me to be relax, and it was not painful and well executed.
It's a great value for money, in central London so I recommend it.

Wrote this the other night and have not received a response.
To whom it may concern,
It frustrates me to know that I am writing this email at 10:00pm because my nails from my 5:30 appointment are still not dry. I visited the Covent Garden Splash a few weeks ago and truly enjoyed my experience. Today, I had an appointment at the Soho branch, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I have an important blogging event tomorrow in which I placed my trust in your salon to make my nails look perfect. I take pride in my nails and have visited many salons in London always asking to shape my nails "square." Not only has my nail polish taken more than 4 hours to dry, but my nails are completely filed bent, and the shape in which I always maintain is ruined. Unless I can get the required compensation for this, hopefully freak treatment, though I do not wish to return, it saddens me that it is my right as a member of public relations to recommend my followers else where. I am sorry for this complaint, but I am truly disappointed that I will be doing my own nails tonight to make up for the time and money I have lost today. If you require photographs of my nails, please feel free to ask for them. I will be more than happy to share them.
