Unfortunately this was not a good experience. The stylist washed my coloured hair with non colour safe shampoo, then applied no products before heat styling. My hair looked nice at the moment I left the salon, but unfortunately after walking for 5 mins it had already started to frizz as there was no serum or oil in it at all, at it feels dry and coarse, especially at the ends. Also I didn’t receive the conditioning treatment I had booked in for - it was rushed at the basin.
