The shampoo service with Zinnia was the worst I’ve ever experienced. She had no skill or care — the water barely touched my scalp, no massage, dye was still left afterwards, and my face was even stained. It was so unprofessional that I had to leave the salon unfinished.I felt it was unfair, so I insisted on a 10% discount. But that didn’t make up for the terrible service.
