extremely disappointed given the generally positive reviews. chairs were ridiculously uncomfortable and people were expected to wait there for the 30 mins by which appointments were delayed. the entire experience felt greatly rushed; only after did i realise that my hair treatment which was meant to last 30 mins was barely 5! Hairdresser could not grasp what i wanted and finished cutting my hair in about 10 mins! didnt feel like i was given any real attention or the time that i was paying for. overall my hair didnt look bad, but it wasnt what i wanted.
