Super quick service - no delay with my appointment time and very close to work which meant I could go on my lunch break! I would say the gel mainicure was longer then 30 mins so might be a bit of a problem if you don’t have an hours lunch break Or something by I would definitely go again!!

First time I visited, I had the best and fastest cut ever (by Simone). The second time a different guy cut my hair (Mat, or Tim or something like that was his name) down in the basement and it was plain awful... He was probably a trainee because he was slow and clueless. I was praying inside for the whole thing to be over as soon as possible, and the outcome was dreadful. I asked him to cut the sides shorter because it was just a mess, and instead of doing it he started to explain why it is fine like that... Ridiculous. Finally, he cut the sides short, and when I got home, washed and waxed I was looking okay-ish. I asked the receptionist lady if I can book specifically to the first guy, so next time I'd rather pay a bit extra and do that.

Needed my nails fixing whilst in London for a meeting urgently and Courtney did a wonderful job! Only issue was not having my first two choices for colour available, but Courtney mixed two shades for me to get something closest to what I wanted.

Great experience - waxing therapist was great! Extremely thorough and super quick!! Hairdresser was great also.. was a little unsure to start but he knew exactly what to do with my long Indian hair! He took his time to ensure it was cut and blow dried perfectly
