I would have given 5 stars but where the beauty rooms are situated, it’s very easy for other customers or staff to get an eyeful when your beautician enters or leaves the room

I was seen really quickly and all staff were really friendly. The wax was as pain free as it could be and the lady who did it was really chatty and made me feel at ease. The only downside for me was that the music was blasting really loudly.
