I have been a regular customer for more than a year and the past 6 months I am always looked after by Diletta who is AMAZING! My last wax appointment today wasn't as good though since the wax was too sticky and wouldn't come off. I think you have changed your wax 3 times since I have been your customer but this is the first time the wax is so bad. Please change back to the last one you were using. Thanks

Appointment was on schedule and didn’t overrun, the technician was very attentive and offered me a drink. Manicure nicely done and hasn’t chipped. Only thing would be I felt there wasn’t as broad a colour selection as other salons I have visited
