Was given a Hollywood instead of a Brazilian - their reply was ‘it’s cleaner’ and given 20% off my next wax. Won’t be using that. Not particularly clean or welcoming either. Wouldn’t recommend.

Location is downstairs within a barbers, there is a seperate room; however, the relaxing music they have chosen for their area is drowned out by the upbeat music playing in the barbers. The therapist did not allow enough time for my shellac to soak (about 15 seconds) before attempting to file it all off. My therapist filed the shellac off so vigorously that it hurt a few times but she unfortunately did not really understand 'that hurt' or 'OW'. My nails are now weekend and look terrible from having the surface filed so aggressively.
