The salon was nice enough and the haircut good, but I was sat at a chair with someone else’s hair all over the floor. Regardless of price I think cleanliness should come as standard

There were short hairs and trimmings on the waxing tray. The door opened to a barbers which was uncomfortable. The towel was I was given had yellow stains on it.
