Avoid for waxing at all costs!! Upon arrival, it seemed like the staff didn’t know I had a booking, and all of the technicians were busy doing other things. After them arguing back and forth for a while and giving the receptionist a quick lesson on how to wax, they sent her in to do my treatment. The wax wasn’t hot, it was just warm, and she smeared it all over me in large amounts with one big paper strip to take it off. It was left on way too long, and it was painful when she tried to take it off. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing, and the certified staff couldn’t be bothered to do their job.
