Didn't seem to be much of a process when I arrived, was just a free for all with walk-in clients. My hairdresser didn't speak much English and cut my hair unevely (despite me trying to explain the issue), so I had to fix it myself at home afterwards. For value for money it's not too bad, but I guess you get what you pay for...
