When I came I showed my booking to a barber. He began haircut after he finished I asked about the rest of the Booking- bleaching and he acted suprsied. Told me that it's too late to do that cause they close soon and it usually takes couple of hours. After I told him that online it said it will take 30 mins, I booked specific hour and payed already he told me to speak to a manager. She told me that I should have came in advance to talk about colour and told me that today it's impossible to do adding that I will probably pay more because of the colour. I had to book another for 11 next canceling my previous plans. When I came back the next day 2 barbers were talking to eachother about me and one more customer who's going to take care of who. I had my colouring with a different barber than manager from evening shift said.
At least that barber was nice ( Giuseppe )
Unprofessional and disorganized management. I hope they don't treat walk in customers that way.
