I’m quite upset about the haircut as it’s not what I asked for. Length is fine but he’s given me a lot of layers and made it really choppy especially at the front even though I just asked for one layer. He’s cut the front really short which doesn’t suit my face shape. Also they didn’t use heat protection spray so when he dried it I could smell burning hair. Overall, they should be asking what people want not just doing their own thing and heat protection spray is a must when you’re blow drying.
