I feel that I need to post this for others to aware. I have been with splash salons (other branches) for a good few years and was disappointed the service at the soho branch. Although I was only 5 mins late, half way through the treatment they’ve decided not to provide full manicure and pedicure. Citing the reason they need to close up the shop.
My unhappiness with the rush job was underlined when one of the gel nails became chipped the day when I flew out. The lady who booked this service for me said the therapist was one of the best! At the end, they only refunded the difference for the pedicure but not the manicure (although no hand scrub provided but only dipped fingers into the water and nails chipped next day but still counted as full?) and no courtesy to call back for discussion. Others branches are great and no issues so far.

Hair dresser couldn't speak English and gave me massive layers which I did not want. Used a hairbrush without washing first. Music sounded like a nightclub.

Poor. 30mins late. Nowhere to wait. Very rushed with lack of detail - I will need to trim some stray fringe areas myself. Cleaner decided to use blow-drier to clean previous cutomers' hair mid cut - it went everywhere. Barber suggested not washing hair - despite paying for it. Unfortunately you get what you pay for in central London and this is the worst I've had to date.
